With over 25 years of experience in growth-oriented private and publicly held companies, including 15 years at the executive level, Cande joined Canes Midstream with the acquisition of Cogent Midstream. Her current responsibilities include overseeing human resources, risk, IT and administration. Prior to joining Cogent, Cande served as Vice President, Administration at JP Energy Partners, where she was responsible for corporate G&A, procurement, facilities, investor relations, administration and marketing as well as management of integration and diligence on M&A transactions. She has worked with many startup companies from inception to sale leading the full spectrum of back-office services. 

Cande is a licensed Texas CPA and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington.
