Tyler joined Canes Midstream as Vice President of Accounting through the acquisition of Cogent Midstream. Tyler was promoted to Vice President of Accounting at Cogent Midstream from Controller overseeing all aspects of the accounting department. Prior to joining Cogent Midstream, Mr. Laux served as Assurance Manager at Weaver where he focused on private equity backed oil and gas clients. Tyler brings over seven years of public accounting experience to Canes.

Tyler is a licensed Texas CPA and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and finance from Indiana University.
